Angkasa Pura Kargo (APK) launched a baggage service called Baggage Solutions to provide convenience for airport service users.

JAKARTA (infolog):  Consisting of Left Baggage and Excess Baggage services, Baggage Solutions service is expected to be a solution to a number of baggage issues that are often experienced by passengers.

This service is located at Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta Airport and aims to provide convenience for its users. Such as for example, goods cargo and delivery of goods to the destination, when passengers are at the Airport.

“Baggage Solutions service started operations in early 2018, and this initial phase for Terminal 3 of Soekano-Hatta Airport,” said Chief Director of Angkasa Pura Kargo Denny Fikri in a statement, not long ago as quoted by Indotelko.com as saying.

Denny revealed that the development of this service is carried out in stages and the operational of this service is the cooperation of Angkasa Pura Kargo with Garuda Indonesia Cargo, and is targeted to be implemented at other airports such as Kualanamu and Palembang.

Meanwhile, in an effort to improve services, Angkasa Pura Cargo will soon release a mobile application called TERKA (Cargo Terminal). This application aims to facilitate cargo service users in obtaining information about cargo and logistics.

This app has a number of excellent features like Directory, Cargo Service, Personal Services, Facility Info, and Flight Info.

With the launch of this application, it is expected that in the future the users of cargo services can easily find the status of goods / cargo, warehouse location, and operators located in the area of Airport Cargo Terminal. The latest application in its development will be integrated directly with Baggage Solutions service and the Indonesia Airport application previously launched by Angkasa Pura II.

The integration of these services is also a testament to the seriousness of Angkasa Pura Kargo in supporting the company’s parent step in developing the Smart Airport concept.

Angkasa Pura Kargo is a subsidiary of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) with a focus on services in cargo terminal operators, cargo and airmail services and the development of cargo terminal facilities and facilities. (ac)
